The key to the success of National REO is an interactive web-based program. Our clients have the option of placing current orders online if you wish as well as viewing orders that have been archived streamlining the process and saving you valuable time.

Appraisals
When a more in depth review is required to determine true value, NREO provides several levels of appraisals. All include a fully-detailed report including photos and comparables and are completed by fully licensed and certified appraisers. Approximate turn around time varies depending on the project. Traditional, Desk Top or Field Review, MAI, SRA, SRPA, SREA, FHA – Specialty appraisers are part of the NREO network as well. All appraisers are on a bid only basis.

Broker Price Opinion
An alternative to conventional appraisal products, a BPO provides a professional opinion for current market valuation in a timely and cost-effective manner, and we are a HUD-approved vendor. This report contains comments related to local market conditions, immediate neighborhood characteristics, subject property condition and an analysis of 3 current listing and 3 recent sales of comparable properties, including photos, culminating in the broker’s conclusion of a suggested list and sales price. Each is handled by a local licensed real estate professional.

Site Inspections
This is a basic “drive-by” to determine property occupation and condition, if a company is open and operating and/or the assets that are on-site. Photos accompany the report. Correspondence can be delivered at this time as well as pre-scripted message delivery and/or Q&A. Approximate 7-day turnaround time.
