Yes I am able and willing to evaluate, list, market, and sell REO properties for NREO and our lender clients.All normally accepted methods of marketing will be used to obtain the highest possible selling price in the shortest possible time. I agree that my normal marketing expenses shall not be reimbursed by the seller or by NREO. I also agree that I and my company shall pay a referral fee in the amount of 25% of the "Listing" half of the commission to National REO Services, Inc.
